An outdoor fireplace adds evening coziness, and a cold plunge on the deck offers refreshment. The stunning dock, one of Lake Norman’s best, provides an ideal spot to lounge, watch games, or swim. The area around Mooresville, North Carolina, offers a range of activities, including boating, fishing, and kayaking on the picturesque Lake Norman. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy scenic trails for hiking and biking, while the charming downtown area features local shops, restaurants, and breweries. Golf courses, parks, and seasonal events provide additional options for recreation and relaxation, making it a vibrant destination for visitors. HOUSE RULES Please note that the boat, pontoon boat, and jet skis are not available for guest use. Additionally, fires are strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may enjoy a fire only in the designated fire pit located outdoors near the water. AMENITY ADVISORY Shower Pressure The shower water pressure and hot water availability may decrease if multiple showers are used at the same time. PET POLICY Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. SECURITY For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
