Welcome to La Campagne Aux Oiseaux cottage! The studio "Gaillarde" that is offered to you, is located in the Yères valley, in the heart of a quiet hamlet. With no close neighbors, the listing is on the first floor of a country house. Its access is independent. You can enjoy the garden at the front of the house, which is reserved for you. The studio is new, comfortable, modern and fully equipped. Opt for the quiet countryside, 10 minutes from amenities and the sea. The space The listing is available to book in all seasons. The studio "Gaillarde" with a surface area of 16m2, has a kitchen with fridge, microwave and hobs. It also has its own shower, its own toilet, a vanity with storage, a 140cm double bed and a table for your meals. Guest access The front part of the garden is reserved for you as well as a parking space. Access to the studio is via the outside stairs at the front of the house. So it is totally independent from the rest of the house. The house has 2 studios located upstairs from this one. The bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are private but the entrance hallway with guides, books and board games is common. This home doesn'T have PMR access. Other things to note Unfortunately, our pets are not accepted at this listing. Check-ins are only possible from 5pm but, luggage drop-off is possible from 2pm, if the request is made in advance. The house has 2 studios located upstairs from this one. The bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are private but the entrance hallway with guides, books and board games and the grounds at the front of the house are common to the studios. Departures are at noon. The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. You can smoke in the garden as long as you leave your cigarette butts in the ashtrays available. Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. Bed linen, kitchen and bath are fully provided. Shower gel and shampoo are not. An ironing board and hanging rack can be provided upon request. For long stays, you will find laundromats in Criel sur mer and Etalondes (10 minutes) as well as Le Tréport or Eu (15 minutes).
