Important: Coexistence with Laika 🐶 Laika, our resident dog, lives on the property. She is very friendly, affectionate and playful, and lives daily in the common areas. We ask all guests for understanding, respect and good treatment towards her, as she is part of the home and moves freely in the house. If you're not comfortable living with a dog, this place might not be the best fit for you. Guest access This is a shared house. We rent rooms individually and guests share common areas, including kitchen, living room, dining room and a full shared bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink). All guests enter through the same main entrance, and each room has its own private key for added security and comfort. The property also has a shared pool for all guests. During your stay 📋 Important Rules Visitors or unregistered people are not allowed. The houses are only for guests confirmed in the reservation.
