A real cozy little nest, it has all the essentials for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in the heart of our beautiful royal city of Amboise. The space Charming, fully renovated 2-room, under the roofs, on the 2nd floor of a small condominium. Very quiet and very well located apartment. The apartment includes a beautiful living room, a large bedroom with its XXL shower, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, pod coffee maker, kettle and toaster). The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), a dressing area to store your belongings, a TV as well as a large shower and sink. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people (2 children) A mattress topper is available in the sofa's storage box. A second TV is installed there. I provide all the baby equipment necessary for your comfort (baby bed, highchair, bathtub) The toilets are independent. For your convenience, bed sheets and towels are provided. I provide portable air conditioning as well as a fan. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Free parking is available close to the apartment (surrounding streets, Place de l'Église St Denis, Quai de la Loire) Paid parking spaces are free between 12pm and 2pm and from 6:30pm to 9am the next morning, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. Other things to note Château d'Amboise is a 9-minute walk. Le Clos Lucé is a 17-minute walk. Château Gaillard is a 26-minute walk. Château de Chenonceau is an 18-minute drive.
