Entire Home - 3 Bedrooms - Conviently Located

Convenient location, updated home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the best features of the home is the patio, it has seating and a fire pit. Quiet neighborhood, very close to an elementary school. House is located within 10 minutes of Red Rocks ampitheatre/park, Bandimere Speedway, Thunder Mountain MX and beautiful, historic Morrison. Downtown Denver is approximately a 20 minute UBER ride. The space The property has an open concept kitchen/dining living space on the main floor. Most kitchen ammenities are available and included, as well as both a Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso machine, with an assortment of pods provided to complement your stay. A spacious master bedroom with a beautiful king-size bed, firm mattress and foam topper, is the prominent sleeping space on the main floor. It has an attached fully remodeled bathroom. There is a second bedroom on the main floor, the main use of the space is as an office, but can be set up to accommodate extra guests upon request. A computer monitor, printer, desk and roller chair, comprise the office space. Downstairs is a cozy, open environment with a couch and poker table. The second main bedroom is also downstairs with a comfortable and stylish queen, bed and dresser, also with an attached 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub). Guess we'll have access to a washer and dryer, laundry detergent is also a complementary feature for my guests. Neither bedroom has a TV, but both living Spaces do have smart TVs and Bose soundbars. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. Other things to note Stairs to basement are steep and not suitable for mobility-impaired or very young children. There is also a steep drop off on the patio as the back yard is steeply sloped.
