If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Due to allergies within the home, please refrain from the use of chemical fragrances. - Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. Parking Information: - Guests benefit from the availability of a driveway for parking, as well as additional off-street parking areas on the property.
