See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Street parking in front of the unit is free for up to 2 hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, but no parking is allowed from 6 PM to 12 AM — be sure to move your car to avoid a ticket. **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
