The fully renovated kitchen includes forest green cabinetry, sleek appliances, and stone accents. It’s well-equipped for cooking and entertaining, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, and wine glasses. A large server window connects to the back deck, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The deck is framed by leafy greenery, complete with a BBQ and ample seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The cosy double bedroom features a skylight, ceiling fan, ample storage, and a portable heater for cooler nights. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, quality fittings, and essentials like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. A dedicated laundry area provides a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. Please note that onsite parking is not available and street parking may be limited. Guest access Due to safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children (or infants). Linen Please that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay. As part of your linen fee, we use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen. Complimentary Toiletries Our hotel type toiletry kit supplied is complimentary and is designed to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying. Long Stays We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $290. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen.
