The space The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, shared front yard and shared backyard. This is a split-level multifamily home (A split level multifamily home has 2 private living units inside. One upstairs. One downstairs) There is a locked door inside that separates the two units. Therefore, you will not be able to access the downstairs apartment and the downstairs apartment will not be able to access your upstairs apartment. You will have total privacy, along with your own driveway. Both units are both listed on Airbnb and can be rented out at the same time if the days requested are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need while on the go. We offer coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, filtered water (Pitcher located in refrigerator), oil, salt and pepper. There is a full size front load washer and front load dryer appliance (Please see photos) located in the kitchen. We have 4 HD televisions, located in the bedrooms and living room, all equipped with Roku TV. Roku allows for streaming of hundreds of different video apps. Some apps on Roku require a paid subscription to use. We do not provide any video streaming subscriptions and we do not have cable TV. Guest access A car/Uber is recommended for most travel. We are located in a quiet suburban neighborhood and walking to stores is typically too far. Other things to note We offer three queen beds and linens for those beds. If your group needs more than 3 beds you must supply your own air mattresses and the linens for them.
