The space Comfortable living accommodations are in the fully restored to modern specifications 1850s house with all new wiring and plumbing with modern kitchen and appliances . Main level has full bathroom, living/dinning room and master bedroom both with propane fireplaces . Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with an electric fireplace and a shared full bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed. Down stairs; ping pong table, propane fireplace and 2 single beds. Deck with grill in rear and screened porch in front which over looks the pasture and horse shelter. On 400 acres conservation land with miles of horseback riding and hiking trails. Guest access Guests will have use of a private driveway to access Rutledge. Entrance to the house is from the rear deck using a keyless electronic lock. Your unique combination numbers will be supplied to you prior to arrival. Other things to note You can bring your horse to ride the miles of trails adjacent to and circumnavigating crop fields and through over 300 acres of woodland wilderness much of it along Aquinton creek and wetlands. $25 daily rate per horse includes pasture with shelter, training ring, water trough and hay. ( proof of current vaccinations, negative Coggins and signed rider release of liability required).
