Treeview Cottage - Clear Mountain

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Treeview cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds and the kangaroos visiting. You have the luxury of being nestled in amongst the trees, and can forget all about the fast pace of city life. If you feel like entertainment the Eatons Hill Hotel, Samford Hotel and Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge are only are short 12 minute drive from the cottage. There are lots of walks within the area and restaurants. The space The cottage is fully self contained and a separate dwelling on the 38 acre property, you will have complete privacy. The spacious patio looks out to the trees with no other houses in sight. There is a shared driveway and the occasional car may pass. The main house on the property is over 200 metres away and the cottage and house are not within sight of each other. The cottage manual will have a full array of local sights, eateries, national parks and walks. There is an olympic size pool at Albany Creek, a short drive from the cottage. Picturesque Samford Village is only 12 minutes drive from the cottage and if you prefer more mainstream with larger shopping centres both Albany Creek and Eatons Hill are also only 12 minutes drive. While in a rural setting, you are only 45 minutes from the heart of the city. If you prefer public transport the closest bus station is at Eatons Hill, only 12 minutes drive. There are train stations within a 20 minute drive. The cottage's water supply is mainly rainwater and the tank is under the cottage. WILDLIFE: There is an abundance of wildlife on the property which is why we have requested no pets. Please drive slowly along Branch Creek Rd, especially as you get closer to the cottage. The kangaroos have a bad habit of jumping across the road when you least expect it. We also share the property with tawny owls, possums, lizards a variety of birds and if you're lucky you may even see a goanna or koala. Guest access The cottage, the 2 car undercover carport and the area around the cottage is all yours to enjoy. Further down the driveway from the cottage, you may see the outline of the shed, that is the beginning of our space.
