4-bedroom custom designed villa with 2 king size & 2 queen size bedrooms, each bedroom room with its own private ensuite, A/C, SMART television and safe. Professionally decorated open-concept living at its finest! Throw open the oversize patio sliders to seamlessly blend indoors & out. Grab a cold drink from the outdoor bar fridge & light up the BBQ. Cool off in the swim-up bar or lounge on the spacious covered terrace in your large Bali bed. The space This beautiful villa looks onto forested green space with easy access to walking trails located on the perimeter of the development. Renters staying for a three week duration or longer will have access to onsite washer & dryer. Guest access Our guests have access to the full use of the home except the laundry room for short term rentals. Other things to note Basic Rules and Regulations: Music at a moderate volume is allowed, until 10 pm. Please know that we are a residential neighborhood. Please keep your language at a respectful level. We do not accept loud noises or profanities in our community. If you do not follow these rules: The first offense is a verbal warning, The second offense is a written warning which is recorded with Administration. The third offense is cause for immediate eviction and blacklisting of all guests and clients causing the disturbance. Payments are non refundable. If deemed necessary we reserve the right to enforce the third offense action directly. Disturbance Residencial Casa Linda reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or its staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. Guests and Visitor rules All guests and visitors actions are all solely the responsibility of the clients renting the villa. A valid photo ID is required of all adult clients, guests and visitors. Satisfactory IDs are passports, driver license, or a Dominican cedula ID. No photocopies of any IDs will be acceptable. Registration is to be done at Reception or Security gate. Housekeeping is included in the rental rate and will be provided every second day for short term rentals. Pool and garden care is provided in the rental rate three times per week. Damage deposits of $75/per bedroom is charged through Airbnb and will be refunded after check out if there are no damages or missing items in the villa. A/C Thermostats controllers to regulate temperature. Please DO NOT UNPLUG 3 WIFI extenders. $200 US charge for any loss of WIFI extenders. Smoking is restricted to Outside Areas Only. There will be a $150 US charge for any extra cleaning due to smoke. Pets are allowed at the villa, with an additional Cleaning fee of $100
