Parking & resort access Up to 3 cars are permitted per reservation. Access is limited to registered guests only. A $250 fee applies if the access pass is not returned at checkout. Important to know: There is a charging station for electric vehicles on the parking lot (charges apply). This station is provided by the community clubhouse and we cannot be held liable if they are out of service. No refund or compensation would be given if those are not working or are removed as we are not in control of their operations. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay. Guest access You will need to provide your ID (selfie holding the ID and ID in separate pictures) prior to check in. Also: the names and ages of all guests. And the names of the drivers (3 maximum). This is part of our process to comply with the HOTELS AND REGULATIONS rules in Florida. We will also need you to sign a registration form (same as in a hotel when you will out a form at the frontdesk.). We will then release the door code. You will need to 1) go through the gate (manned guard 24/7) and show your ID. He or she will check it and let you in. Only registered guests will be admitted into the resort. Then you will be able to park on the main parking lot in front of the clubhouse of Spectrum + Resort (part of Reunion Resort). It will be a short walk from the condo.
