Quiet, convenient, and close to everything—this is your home away from home. *The bathroom is a bit small, particularly the shower area. Just a FYI, but please, if you need anything, let us know and we’ll be happy to deliver.* • Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Pets must be registered in the reservation, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them—especially in the shared backyard. Failure to report pets will result in a $500 penalty. • Parties or Large Gatherings: This is a quiet, family-friendly property. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. • Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available in each unit. Guests must log into their own accounts. If you forget to log out, we’ll take care of it after checkout. • No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Backyard Maintenance: The shared outdoor space, including the hot tub and picnic area, is professionally maintained. However, as an outdoor feature, it’s normal to find leaves or minor debris in or around the hot tub between cleanings. This does not indicate poor cleanliness—our team ensures regular maintenance and proper chemical balance for your safety and comfort. • Landscaping: Lawn care is performed once a week. • Security Cameras: Two outdoor cameras are installed for security—one at the front of the property and one overlooking the shared yard. There are no cameras inside any of the units. • Pest Control: Pest control service is scheduled monthly. While rare, you may occasionally see outdoor insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles inside due to the garden areas. These are harmless, and we’ll gladly assist if needed. • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available in each unit. There is no cable TV service. RSB Living House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
