As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. The house is near Medina River, the neighborhood has a private access point. A key card will be provided inside the home, it's required in order to access the river. You are welcome to swim and fish in the Medina River. Guest access Guests will have access to the home via lockbox code and guests will have access to the private access point to Medina River Other things to note - This property is suitable for children/infants, all ages. - This property is NOT pet-friendly. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
