We do not allow any events or parties. We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbours and to ensure that outdoor and late-night noise is kept to a minimum. • We don’t allow speakers or music in the garden. You’re welcome to play music inside the house using the speakers at a respectful volume that won’t disturb others. If you are playing music in the evening inside the house or after dark, please keep the doors closed to contain the sound and avoid disturbing the neighbours. • We ask all guests to respect our ‘outside quiet hours’ and move inside the house by 9:30pm, after that time noise outside should be kept to a minimum. • We do not allow any outside guests to visit the property who are not included in the booking. This is because the house cannot accommodate more than 12 guests and for insurance reasons. • Please note that the upper living room has a seagrass carpet, which unfortunately stains very easily from drink or food spillages. We kindly ask guests to be careful in that area. The rest of the house has flagstone flooring, which handles spillages much more easily! • The house is perfectly dog-friendly, and we’d be happy to suggest some lovely local walks! However, please note that the garden is not secure. We recommend keeping an eye on dogs when they are outside to ensure they don’t wander off the property or onto the road. If our property or its quiet village setting doesn’t feel like the right fit for your stay, we’d be happy to offer alternative suggestions! Guest access The entire property
