The space The house sleeps up to 22 guests across 9 bedrooms on three floors, with a total floor area of 671 sq m (7,224 sq ft). That's more space per person than most luxury hotels. 🏠 GROUND FLOOR - 438 sq m (4,719 sq ft) The heart of the house. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area forms the main social hub, designed for large gatherings. The main kitchen has a generous island, ample worktop space, and a walk-in larder fridge - ideal for private chefs and catering for large parties. A second fully equipped prep kitchen sits adjacent, meaning two groups can cook simultaneously without getting in each other's way. The formal dining area seats all 22 guests around one table. The lounge flows directly off the kitchen with French doors opening to the garden. Also on the ground floor - a dedicated cinema room , a study/reading room (which can be configured as Bedroom 9 on request - see bedrooms below), and two private en-suite bedrooms ideal for guests who need ground-floor access or want their own separate space from the rest of the group at the end of the night. The swimming pool is attached directly to the ground floor - heated all year-round, open 24 hours. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house - all 9 bedrooms, the heated indoor pool, and the full 7 acres of grounds including a private patio with fire pit, Weber charcoal BBQ, and wood-fired Gozney pizza oven. A caretaker lives in a separate cottage within the grounds and is available to assist if you need anything during your stay. Ample parking is available on the private driveway. Other things to note We are required by law to keep a register of all guests aged 16 or over and will ask for these details at check-in. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. End-of-stay cleaning is included at no extra charge. Please bring your own pool towels and personal toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
