A unique access code will be provided before arrival. ✔ Private Parking – The property features a wide tuck-under driveway accommodating approximately 6 vehicles. Please note: street parking is NOT permitted per community rules. All vehicles must park in the driveway. ✔ Outdoor Spaces – Enjoy the volleyball court, basketball hoop, park-style grill, and multiple decks with ocean views. ✔ High-Speed WiFi & Entertainment – Smart TVs in every room, surround sound, and fast internet for streaming and remote work. 📜 House Rules 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
