Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Our property is a vacation rental operated as a business; therefore, for tax purposes, we require you to provide the necessary information to issue a receipt or invoice if you are a VAT-registered business. The final price includes VAT. Additional sheets for more than 2 people cost 15 euros, which must be paid as a supplement. If there are fewer than 3 of you and you wish to sleep separately and therefore request an extra bed, you will be charged a 15-euro supplement. We can provide the following services upon request, with at least two days’ notice: - Linen change (at a cost of 15€ per set of towels and sheets). - Cleaning during your stay (50€ excluding linen change). - Taxi service for a fee - Covered garage: 15€ per night, or private parking with video surveillance: 11€ per night. - Dog sitter - Babysitter - Each guest is provided with a set of towels during their stay, including a face towel, hand towel, and bath towel. - Upon request, small, medium, or large pets are allowed at an additional cost of €10 per day per pet. - It is prohibited to occupy the apartment with more people than the number permitted and communicated prior to check-in; doing so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and immediate removal from the premises, with forfeiture of the deposit. - Checking out of the apartment more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, unless previously agreed upon with management, will incur a charge of €50.00 for “late check-out,” corresponding to the cost of the missed cleaning service.
