Stunning views, great location & set in the famous Afan Forest Bike Parks. Options include gardens, conservatories & decking areas to suit your group needs. Bike Storage available The space Afan Forest House joins together the apartments offered by Afan Valley Escapes and STAE-Homes to provide great accommodation for larger groups of up to 22 people; providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg. Afan Forest House is also a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain leading to the Rhondda Valley. Access to the national cycle path is also just 50 meters away. Each fully-self-contained apartment has everything you need for your stay; including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms in each, a comfortable living space and a bath or shower room. Bike storage is available within the apartments or utilising the basement storage / shower rooms. Heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels are all provided. Each apartment has a king size or double bed and a number of single beds (with optional rollaway beds) typically sleeping 4-5 in each apartment. The number of apartments allocated to you will depend on your group size. The STAE-Homes team will allocate the correct number of apartments to comfortably accommodate your party. Typical apartment allocation to group size and depending on availability: 1-5 people: 1 apartment 6-9 people: 2 apartments 10-14 people: 3 apartments 15-18 people: 4 apartments 19-22 people: 5 apartments Where possible, we will then give you the option to upgrade to additional apartments for even more sleeping flexibility or to select alternative apartments.
