Apartment in a totally independent and private annex, all prepared with great affection and care in the smallest details. Very charming in the heart of the Serra! Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and 40" LCD TV, social bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Family atmosphere, quiet neighborhood with shops very close by: bakery, pizzeria, market, grocery store, pharmacy, ... Bus at the door and located 15 min from downtown and the city's main tourist attractions. Uber and 99 work well. The space Cozy and very quiet space. Ideal for those who want to rest and stroll through the Serra. Guest access The whole apartment. Other things to note 1. Owner on site every day; 2. No smoking in the house; 3. There is a staircase (27 flights) to reach our Dollhouse; 4. Our Wi-Fi only works on the 5GHz frequency, i.e. some cell phones may not work because they do not have this frequency available. Older Samsung phones are the most affected. 5. We do not have a garage available, but there are parking spaces in front of the house.
