Description

Set on 3 acres and located in the private community, Oak Creek Cliffs Estates, this one of a kind Sedona retreat is where desert dreams meet timeless design. Once the beloved summer home of a prominent Northern Arizona family, this legacy property has been lovingly restored — blending rustic charm, artistic flair, and modern comfort. We are happy to welcome 6 guests to stay comfortably, but will allow up to 8 guests for an additional charge per night. Message host to inquire. The space Inside, an elevated cabin meets a desert gallery. Step into the Cowboy Room, a guest favorite with a pair of full sized beds and curated global artifacts that tell stories of family heritage. Follow the sunlit hallway to discover a gallery of vintage Sedona photography and three more inviting bedrooms and 3 stylish bathrooms, each offering its own mix of warmth, texture, and character. The living room is the heart of the home: a dramatic, lodge-inspired room with exposed wood beams, cozy seating, and oversized windows that frame the prominent red rocks. Off the living area, the screened-in lounge invites you to sip a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while basking in the golden desert light, overlooking the red-rock expanse. Step outside to the poolside patio, where sculptural views of the red rocks turn every swim into a cinematic experience. And don’t forget about the private trail to Oak Creek — perfect for a morning dip, afternoon walks through the woods, or stargazing. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully reimagined — with high-end finishes, original wood detailing, and artwork curated to feel like a living museum. From its handcrafted materials to its soul-soothing setting, this is a stay that feeds your senses. Whether you're here for adventure, restoration, or simply to be inspired — this is Sedona at its most iconic, intimate, and unforgettable. Guest access The entire house and property are for the guest. Other things to note *PLEASE BE AWARE: This incredible property is located across Oak Creek. You must drive over a low concrete bridge in order to access the home. Sometimes when we get a lot of rain or adverse weather this bridge can get washed out and flooded, making it impassable. This is a normal lifestyle for residents of this neighborhood, and usually an adventure for our guests! There is also a foot bridge that remains locked unless there is flooding. An HOA representative will open the footbridge when flooding is anticipated. When this happens you are advised to park your vehicle on the other side of the creek and walk across the footbridge up to the house, which only takes about five minutes. This ensures you have access to your vehicle when the bridge is flooded. Your co-host is always available to assist or guide you in this situation. Please remain diligent in your communication. *The spa/hot tub takes 1-2 hours to heat up depending on ambient temperatures. There are instructions in the house for heating and operating the spa. *We currently do not offer to heat the pool. We have run into some challenges in the past regarding our fuel source, propane. The cost is very high, and the pool is deep and heating is cost prohibitive. *Please note that there are areas of the property where children need to be watched carefully. The pool is gated off, latches are either auto locking, and/or high up on the gate, but this property is not child proof, please book accordingly. *There are areas surrounding the patio that have steep drop offs and are not fenced and do not have a railing. Please use caution at night!
