Conveniently located right the heart of the social area of Heredia downtown, with a walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pubs and public transportation to San Jose, Alajuela and the Airport. Just next door to UNA and very near to ULatina, Intercultura and Heredia's Central Park. The space This Loft in located in the basement of the property which give's it a very private feeling. Between the kitchen area and the bed you will find the breakfast table that is suitable for working. In the main space there is this a real brick wall and real wood beams in the ceiling all from the very structure of the building which reflects the roots and rusticness of it. Also you will have your very own washer/drying machine for your private use. At the entrance you will have a very comfortable closet to storage your luggage and a very small corner for reading. Other things to note As we are located right in front of a Main Street and in the Social District of Heredia, there is some considered noise from outside. But as we are aware of that, we designed the Loft with double glass for the outside windows, acoustic reduction main door of the Loft and acoustic isolator inside the ceiling in order to reduct the outside noise as much as possible.
