Airy and bright room - Habitat 🏡

We are Caro and Manu, two Argentine women who came to Brazil as backpackers for a few months, and here we continue, three years later still living in the paradise that does not want to let us go :) We love hosting, welcoming guests from around the world, and sharing experiences. The idea is to make them feel at home, respecting each unx's spaces. We are an eco/weed/LGBTIQ+/pet friendly space. Welcome! The space Habitat is an old, rustic style townhouse in the center of the city that we renovated to transform into this place we call home. This is more of a home than a typical commercial lodging. In the house everything is handmade by ourselves, we like to offer a safe space and overall a nice energy where we all feel safe, like at home. ■ This listing room is a double room (it has shared bathrooms) with super comfortable spring mattress, Smart TV, place to store clothes and turbo fan. ■ Includes bedding, towels, 4 pillows, toilet soap and toilet paper. ■ There are two bathrooms (one next to the rooms and one downstairs that are used by, maximum, 8 people). ■ The pool is very simple and small, you can't imagine the Olympic pool because it's not haha. In the house there are also two large bed rooms (one is suite with private bathroom) and a room with two bunk beds that can be rented per bed. The shared bathrooms are two: one on the ground floor in the dining area, and another in the hallway, next to the rooms. * We offer breakfast, which is optional and has a value of R$25 per day per person. Includes coffee, milk, sugar, natural fruit juice, yogurt, granola, 2 different fruits, ham and cheese bread and a serving of cake. * We do not have air conditioning, however each room has a fan and window. Guest access In the bedroom there is a desk with chair, in case you need to do home office. During your stay We will always be available on WhatsApp for anything you need. Other things to note On the outside of Habitat (lounge and patio), some weekends there are fair-type events with ambient sound, live music and sale of food and drinks. During those events, for security reasons, communication inside the hostel will be closed with that area, with access only through the courtyard, from the street.
