Guest access Parking is available in the driveway which is sufficient for 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the public park just down the street from the home Other things to note House Rules and Surveilliance Policy: 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house 2. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property 3. Additional guests beyond those listed in the reservation or agreed upon with the host will incur extra charges. Security Cameras: We have two security cameras recording video and audio 24/7 at the front and back of the property. These cameras monitor the exterior areas: including the front door, driveway, and backyard. The footage is kept confidential and used solely for liability and security purposes, such as in the event of a break-in, suspicious activity, unauthorized pets, or exceeding the maximum occupancy or house rules. Disabling, obstructing, or tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited. Any such actions may result in immediate eviction without a refund if violations occur.
