Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. **We expect our guests to comply to Seattle's Trash Collection rules** • Trash goes in the green bin. • Food scraps should go in a bag and be placed in the green trash bin. • Recycling (blue bin) is for clean items only: plastics, flattened cardboard, paper, rinsed cans, and rinsed glass containers. • No bagged garbage is allowed in the recycling bin. • Failure to comply will result in additional charges. **Additional Important Details** • While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine. We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.
