Guest access The building's social areas are luxurious and high-end. They have a game room, gym, swimming pool, and barbecues for you to enjoy your vacation. Message for the listing: Due to building policies, access to the social area of the grill is reserved for guests registered for short-term reservations only. Additional guests are not allowed. Other things to note THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED * Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 1 child or 2 small children. * One bath towel per guest and one face and floor towel per bathroom are provided, plus sheets for the number of guests indicated. - Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not replenished. You can purchase additional items at the nearest supermarket if you need to. - Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility. - Extra bed/bath linens and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with Acomodate. * The cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. ** Please note that you're staying in a home and not a hotel.
