Yokote is also home to the largest basin in Japan, and its food culture is exceptionally rich, offering seasonal scenery, traditional events such as kamakura (snow huts), bonden (ice fishing), and the Okuri Bon Matsuri festival, as well as local specialties like Yokote yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), iburigakko (smoked fish cakes), rice, sake, wild vegetables, and fruits such as apples and grapes, along with fermented products like miso, soy sauce, and amazake (sweet fermented rice drink). Our place is a cozy house located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Yokote.(People often say, “It's like coming home to my parents' house.”) It is recommended not only for sightseeing but also for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay as if they lived there. The space ・Our place is a “private lodging-style” accommodation where guests use part of the house where the host lives. (Please note that this is not an entire property rental.) ・The host lives nearby, so the place is popular among solo female travelers and foreign guests, who can feel at ease. ・About each room * Japanese-style room 6 tatami mats on the 1st floor (up to 2 people) * 12 tatami mats on the 2nd floor (Japanese-style room 6 tatami mats and Western-style room 6 tatami mats. 　　　　Maximum of 4 people) * Western-style room on the second floor, 6 tatami mats (up to 2 people) Please note that the space listed on this page? This is a "12 tatami" unit on the second floor. The living room, kitchen, bath, and toilet are shared with other guests and hosts, but please feel free to use it while enjoying communication with each other. On the second floor, there is a free space (about 10 ㎡) dedicated to guests, and a low table is installed. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and pot, so please feel free to use it. We provide a folding desk, chair, and seating table. Feel free to let your host know if you'd like. (Please work remotely or use it in your room.) About 1.7 km north of JR Yokote Station, a quiet residential neighborhood It's in a corner. In order for all guests to enjoy their stay at the facility to the fullest, please refrain from causing noise, vibration, etc. Guest access ・ Three rooms in the house where the host lives are used as private lodging. As a general rule, the fee is 1,000 yen for 1 night and 2 days.(Please pay in cash at check-in.) Please let us know if you'd like to park at the time of booking or at least the day before check-in. For the safety and health of all guests and neighbors, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the facility and on the premises.
