Visitors not listed on the booking and third-party reservations are prohibited. ➤ Cabin Charms: Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable Starlink WiFi). ➤ Driveway and Privacy: The property has a relatively flat gravel driveway that is easy to navigate in normal weather conditions. Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months. ➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals. ➤ No refund will be issued for weather-related events, natural disasters, or power outages.
