Spindrift Cooden, Spectacular Seaside Villa w pool

*5 star listing* A one of kind property with private direct walk on access to the beach. Spindrift boasts 8 comfortable bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a cinema and games room, an outdoor swimming pool, boat house and large open reception rooms with uninterrupted views of the English Channel. A perfect home away from home for large families on a break or avid golfing groups looking to take advantage of the southeast's finest courses. The newly refurbed Relais Hotel is a minute walk. The space The property is situated along Cooden Beach and is very close the Relais Hotel, the Cooden Beach train station and the Cooden Beach Golf Course. On arrival, there is room for at least 6 to 7 large cars on the driveway. There are several large reception rooms downstairs providing ample space for multiple families to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. The main hallway has a large hall cupboard and area for coats, boots and shoes. There is a magnificent feature fireplace opposite. The hallway leads to a massive 1500 square foot open reception room, bar and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils for cooking and entertaining. There is a small utility with a washer and dryer and storage space. Leading to the outside there is a cinema and games rooms on the left hand side and a pool changing area with inside and outside heated showers. Back towards the front of the property is a snug for those milder evenings complete with wood burner, TV and sofas. The first on 8 bedrooms is on the ground floor away from the living areas. It has its own ensuite and storage. Bed set up: all rooms have large zip and link beds that can be doubles or twins. As a matter of convenience we do not zip the beds together, they are pushed together and have single bed linen on each. They can be easily separated to create a "twin" room. We do not have double bed linen. The upstairs bedrooms are split across two access stairs. To the right of the property are two bedrooms, one double room with king-size double bed and one triple with bunked beds and a single bed. They share one family shower room. To the left of the property are five further bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. The two master bedrooms are on the far left, both with king-size beds, balconies, storage space and an ensuite bathroom. There is a large family bathroom with w/c and a bath/shower and separate w/c. Sharing these facilities are bunkbed room and a king-size double room. The final bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite. Outside, there is a outside heated swimming pool, sun loungers, beach chairs and direct access to the Cooden Beach. Please note the pool maybe closed in the winter months. Guest access You have the entire house to yourself. Other things to note We have a partnership with Yhangry - private chefs. If you would like to organise your private chef please let us know. Call outs for amazon / postal retrieval from our private box are charged at £50 For early check in (12pm) or late check out (2pm) - there will be a £475 charge (half day rate).
