The open design with visible wooden beams and high ceilings creates a special living ambience. In the upper area of the apartment is the main sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. In addition, a sofa bed and a folding bed for two children are available in the living area. The apartment is not suitable for four adults. The open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower. A washing machine is also available. A highlight is the sunny roof terrace overlooking the countryside – perfect for relaxing. The apartment is centrally located, directly on Herrenbreite. The Neo Rauch graphic arts foundation, shopping, train station and tourist information are within walking distance. A parking space is available. Other things to note Neighborhood & Usage Notice: A small family also lives in the house in a rented apartment. We ask for mutual consideration, especially during the quiet hours.
