This's a family house with plenty of spaces that one would live in peace and harmony. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It's very safe, cleaned, and organized. I would prefer someone that can maintain the place throughout his/her entire stay. Most importantly, a non smoker! My place is very to close Valley Stream, Floral Park and Jamaica train stations. And it's less than 10 minutes away from JFK airport by car without traffic. The space Private room in a very quiet and safe neighborhood! Not suitable for frequent outside the house late Night Smokers. Since the rooms are on the 2nd Floor....I'm trying to be fair to everyone that are sleeping at Night!
