From private patio in unit partial beach view * Completely remodeled & modern full sized kitchen for easy meal prep * 2 beds in bedroom + provided airbed. *There is an elevator in building + WiFi in condo IMPORTANT: You must read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. The space Nice 1 bedroom condo #604 set up for families at Gulfview II. *Free Parking Off Street This condo has a partial view of the beach from the private outdoor patio, and the common area patio up on the 6th floor has a great view of SpaceX launches. You will find Gulfview has one of the nicest pool areas on the Island that is not beachfront. Large pool, heated hot tub, and half a dozen community use charcoal BBQ pits outside with plenty of shaded picnic tables that is truly unique for the Island. One of the most common questions we get is "can we BBQ?" Answer is YES! Full sized & fully equipped kitchen for out guests was recently remodeled as pictures show with granite counters & stainless appliances. Open concept where kitchen flows to living room. Condo has smart TVS for your app/accounts to wind down to movies after a long day at the beach. Complex has an elevator so you don't have to climb stairs unless desired. Community use laundry area for complex. There is (1) provided off street parking space. While we allow up to 6 people, we feel the space is adequate for 2 couples with 2 children OR a couple with 4 kids. There are 2 double beds plus a small couch as well as a double sized airbed and pump we provide. Please bring extra bedding if you plan to use airbed. We provide linens & towels, but do not provide beach towels. Kitchen has all utensils, dishes, etc. For work, there is high speed WiFI in the condo as well as dining room table or counter to work off of. While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router. Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up Gulfview II is superior to Gulfview I as they do not charge for wristband deposits. Message us questions prior to booking, not after. We do allow a max of ONE dog however please read in house rules extra things required prior. This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb: 1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages OR You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans. Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements. 2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements Please note:The security wristband fee that is required is $25 per person. It is fully refundable. That is due prior to check-in. They have to return the wristbands and the parking permit to our office to receive the refund if they cannot leave it in the unit Office is 2600 Padre blvd, South Padre Island, TX across street from Kraken bar We do have a drop box if after hours. You must return the parking permit and all wristbands to receive a refund. Anything missing will be charged $25 for each missing item. During March and Easter weekend The wristband fees are completely nonrefundable. They also are not optional. Alternatively, if you don't wish to pay us, you can pay Security direct in all Cash and the security bands actually cost more if you do it that way, but that's up to you as a guest. it's not our fee. Please note: Within the house rules it is required after this booking is made that a guest choose between a nonrefundable damage coverage protection plan 1 time fee known as a damage waiver of $59 for condos OR $100 - $150 if a stand alone home for this plan (exact amount in house rules please read and agree to all). This is charged after booking is made. -OR- as a guest you may select a $500 refundable damage deposit for condos or $1000 to $1500 for houses (exact amount of this option is within the house rules on this listing) which is refundable if no damages and not an additional fee. Simply alert us after booking made if you prefer this option to the damage coverage plan If you are NOT 25 years of age you must contact us prior to booking for us to authorize the reservation as you will be subjected to additional damage deposit and/or damage coverage protection, plan fees, as well as additional stipulations, IF WE ACCEPT RESERVATION AT ALL. Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23 Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable damage deposit.
