Apart from its central and safe location and distinguished architecture, one of the main attractions of Oceana Boutique Residences is its SPECTACULAR roof terrace. This space features a large salt water infinity pool with stunning views of the ocean and old town, a hot tub, a state-of-the-art professional gym, shaded lounge and BBQ areas, and cabanas. A security guard is on the premises at all times. In addition, a building manager is on-site or on-call during business hours. Please note that our property is managed by Franco & Associates. They're just a few blocks away and available to assist you with anything related to the condo and most things related to Puerto Vallarta. They also can provide you with personalized concierge services that make your stay in Vallarta unforgettable. For very reasonable fees, here are some of the services they (or we) can arrange for you: Airport-Condo-Airport transportation; pre- or post- arrival grocery shopping; tour bookings; restaurant reservations; private chef service; and medical and dental navigation services. Also note that the condo is located in one of the most popular areas of Vallarta, on one of the most popular streets in Vallarta. Our unit is located on the side of the building that is away from the lively and sometimes loud Basilio Badillo street. There are open-air restaurants and bars nearby, so you will hear noise or music from them. You may also hear noise or music from the neighboring buildings. Although the triple-paned sliding doors and windows reduce the noise considerably, we provide a white noise machine for each bedroom. Still, if you are looking for complete or near silence, Condo Oceana may not be a good fit for you especially given the construction of the building across from us. At any given time, the building does not permit more than 6 people to be in the unit without prior approval from the owners or property managers. Although renters are welcomed and encouraged to use the rooftop amenities, such as the pool and gym, guests of renters are not permitted use of the rooftop terrace. Finally, please note that even though we do not permit pets, our building is pet-friendly. Some owners have pets and you may see or hear them from time-to-time. You should not, however, see them on the rooftop terrace or in other common areas of the building. Also note that our building bylaws do allow owners to rent to guests with pets.
