This space is located in the heart of Yarmouth Village just a stones throw to the library, North Yarmouth Academy, Yarmouth High School, Route 1, Interstate 295 and numerous local businesses and restaurants. The space We are less than 20min to Portland, North Yarmouth, Cumberland, Falmouth, Durham, Pownal, Freeport, Brunswick, South Portland & Gray. The Breeze metro bus line that runs 6 days a week to various stops along the way to Freeport and Portland is visible from your doorstep as well as the East Coast Greenway directly across the street, 3000 miles of walking trails connecting Yarmouth with Key West, FL. Guest access The loft has two private entrances, one into the main living area and another into the kitchen on the first floor. It has a private balcony off of the loft and a large yard that is shared with our family.
