Cliffside 106 is a private property along the south cebu road, about 106km away from Cebu City. If you are looking for for a place away from the crowded touristy spots, a little privacy and great relaxing view then you’ve come to the right home. Our amenities include a SHARED living room space, refrigerator and an outdoor kitchen. Parking is available outside the premises (neighborhood) as we are still on the process of putting the right of way on the property so the vehicle can enter the premises. Its just 3-5mins walk to the homestay 🌿 A Note About Local Environment To help you prepare for your stay: • Mosquitoes can be present, especially during the warmer months or in the evenings. We recommend using insect repellent or keeping windows/doors closed in the evening to stay comfortable. • Our area is tropical, so during heavy rain, it’s possible for cockroaches to appear. We take cleanliness seriously and have scheduled pest control, but nature can still find its way inside sometimes • Stray Dogs may occasionally be seen around the neighborhood. While generally harmless, we advise avoiding contact and not feeding them for safety. • Roosters live in the surrounding area and may be heard during the day or early morning. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. If you’re sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking 🌿 A Few Things to Note About the Surroundings To help you better prepare for your stay: • Renovation Work: The surrounding area is currently undergoing renovations, so you may notice some construction activity or occasional daytime noise. Rest assured, the unit itself remains private and fully functional for a comfortable stay. We care about your comfort and safety, and we’re always happy to provide tips for a pleasant stay! Please consider this before booking. Guest access Guests have their own private rooms and they can use the entire space from sala to dining area to outdoor kitchen and balcony. The house has 4 rooms but only 3 rooms is available for guest used, and can used the entire house private. Other things to note As part of our Clean As You Go policy, guests are expected to wash their own dishes before checkout. A penalty of ₱500 will be charged if dishes are left unwashed upon departure.* These is a honest store inside the homestay, if you wish to buy some stuff (depends on the availability) Kindly bring your own toiletries, like shampoo, soap and toothpaste. We provide complimentary use of Towels per staying guests. Cliffside 106 offers accommodation also in Mactan near Airport for any intransit or cebu tour. If you are planning to cook, better to buy all the ingredients and things before reaching the place as no store near the house and also some stores closed as early as 6pm. At night, it’s a little bit dark around the area going to the homestay as we can’t put solar light as it is not part of our property and owner won’t allowed us. Rest assured its a safe within the area.
