The new designer Tiny home features a queen bed in loft, shower, well-equipped kitchen with full size propane range, L shape lounge , and breakfast bar. A composting toilet and luxury outhouse both available. Step out onto the large deck to dine with table and benches, while you BBQ under the shade canopy. Relax in the Adirondack chair or unwind in the shady hammock. There's a cozy campfire pit (when permitted) with funky furniture. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of private forested acreages. Two roads intersect but traffic is rare and virtually nil in the evening. The hosts home is 100m away. Activities: Explore Desolation sound , with all it's boating, fishing, kayaking or wildlife tours. Hike the Sunshine Coast Trail or explore the areas endless bike trails and backroads. Make a trip to Savary Island and stop in the harbor's shops, galleries, cafe or restaurants. Guest access Located minutes (2km) from Lund Harbor, 25' north of Powell River BC. One hour from Saltery bay ferry. The site has easy level access and ample parking. First driveway on right after intersection of Ralph and Edyth roads- look for the welcome sign and bamboo gate. Other things to note Text or Add-ons: *Firewood available to purchase. *Fresh sourdough bread-when available. *Anything the hosts can do do help arrange a special stay such as birthday or anniversary ( at agreed costs) including baking, wine, decoration etc, please let us know ahead of time. *Quiet time is 10 pm, no loud parties.
