Located in the town "Salina Bamba" in Capo Coda Cavallo, a few kilometers from San Teodoro, the charming villa La Danza dei Fenicotteri offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property has been designed for 2 families or groups of friends as it offers two separate entrances that allow greater privacy but at the same time the possibility to be together. The space Each unit is arranged on two levels: The left side offers a living area, open kitchen, large terrace with sea and pool views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very spacious living room and a kitchen in the basement. The right side of the property offers a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a view and panoramic terrace, and a kitchen on the first floor. Another double bedroom with bathroom is located in the basement. All the bathrooms are covered with precious Sardinian wax and the entire villa is painted by a local craftsman. The pool is accessible from all levels. The private pool is equipped with a whirlpool. The terrace is also accessible from both units so that all guests can enjoy their meals together. This prestigious villa is just a few minutes' walk from Salina Bamba beach, accessible via a path directly from the garden. The beach has white sand and crystal-clear water. There is also a small pier where you can rent a boat and explore the areas around the island of Tavolara. The bay of Coda Cavallo is enclosed between the island of Tavolara, Molara and the island of Proratora and is located within the protected marine area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo. The coast is characterized by a succession of inlets with sandy beaches and cliffs covered by lush Mediterranean scrub with Mediterranean plants such as strawberry tree, juniper, and mastic. The swimming pool is usually open from May 15 to October 15, however, the opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and to approval by the owners. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2,000.00 euros will be withheld by credit card. The aforementioned amount will be automatically unlocked (depending on the time set by your bank) at the end of your stay. In case of damage or failure to comply with the villa's rules, the agency reserves the right to withhold the amount corresponding to the resulting damage.
