This is a home where the owner still lives in the home- so you may find items that area the owners left in cabinets or clothing in dressers. Please leave those items. Guest will not have access to the garage - owner area, and several closets are locked. Owner will not be present or staying at home when rented. Enjoy! Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE | GOOD TO KNOW TREEHOUSE/Bedroom ➢ Do not leave children unattended in the treehouse or balcony of the treehouse. ➢ Area behind patio and below treehouse is restricted, guests may not walk down to creek from the home. ➢ No air conditioner and it is susceptible to nature (bugs). As it is a treehouse and many bugs live in tree houses as well as other creatures (squirrels) who may play in the tree and dance on the roof when you are there. (Pest control is in place) PARKING ★ Parking – Space for 2-4 cars in the driveway (please do not park on grass) ★ Street Parking is also available NO SMOKING ★ No Smoking inside.
