Remodeled in 2024, it features new flooring, decor, HDTV, full fridge, microwave, and stove/oven. Sleeping four with a king bed and sleeper sofa, it includes sheets and towels, and is professionally cleaned. The resort offers an onsite restaurant and poolside bar. The 7th-floor pool deck is under construction. The space Caravelle 308 at Big Fish Rentals. This condo is amazing! We loved our stay! It's perfect for a nice getaway for two. It has great ocean views from the balcony, and you have direct access to the ocean. It has a private bathroom, a hairdryer, and free onsite parking. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and the pools are heated. There is 24/7 onsite security, and you can contact guest services via text, email, or phone. There is an onsite restaurant and a poolside bar. You can enjoy your meals at a small table while watching the outside. The resort is beautifully landscaped. Guest access This rental includes the entire space as well as access to the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Other things to note This is a non-smoking room and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat this room as you would your own home, and be careful not to damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Notice: From August 25, 2025, maintenance work will take place in a nearby stairwell, which may cause some daytime noise (9 AM–5 PM). Repairs will last about a week, followed by quiet painting work. The stairwell on that side will be closed from the 6th floor down for safety.
