Quiet Spa-like Oasis in the City

Relax! This ADULTS ONLY guest suite is a small but cozy oasis with a private keyless-lock entry. Enjoy the comfy Queen-size bed with an attached private shower/bath. Stroll an outdoor walkway to an expansive patio area with gorgeous canyon views, BBQ with a Mini-Fridge, and a Cabana with additional shower. Vacation or business trips. 10-15 min. to most SD activities, Zoo, Balboa Park, beach. 15-min. walk to breweries, restaurants, music, coffee, etc. Plz, read House Rules BEFORE booking! The space This unique, attached guest suite has an outdoor infinity pool and spa for you to enjoy. Your stay is in a cozy room with a private entrance, a comfy Queen-size bed, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also an adorable, private, outdoor cabana-style shower. The spa can be programmed with (24) hour notice for (1) hour per day, for a private soak during your stay between the hours of 7 AM-10 PM. Additional spa time can be arranged at an additional $25 per hour. Please contact the host for questions. The pool is a refreshing saltwater infinity pool you are free to enjoy during your stay from the hours of 7 AM-10 PM. Please note: the pool is a shared amenity, but we can arrange for some privacy, if you like. Gorgeous sunsets almost every evening. At night, you might also catch a bit of the Sea World fireworks in the distance from the patio or spa. Newly remodeled with everything you need to relax after a day enjoying San Diego's wealth of activities. Coffee maker, water, coffee, tea, snacks, and extra toiletries provided. Gas BBQ with a mini-fridge. The cabana is stocked with towels and toiletries for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach blanket, sunscreen, etc. Also, please let us know if you plan to use the outdoor BBQ. We can provide pans, utensils...pretty much anything you need, with notice. Your room is equipped with yoga mats for use at a nearby studio with paid drop-in, or you can set up your mat on the patio by the pool for an outdoor yoga session. Guest access You will enjoy a cozy, private guest suite with a Queen-size bed, 3/4 bathroom with shower, small microwave, hot water heater, Nespresso coffeemaker with pods, complimentary water, tea, snacks, and a small space for luggage storage. There's also a shared, outdoor cabana shower. Guests have access to outdoor common areas including a saltwater infinity pool, an outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, Mini-fridge, and chaise. The spa is available to book privately, for free (with 24hr. notice) for (1) hr each day during your stay. Additional hours are available for $25 an hour with 24hr notice. Please contact the host for questions. Other things to note This is a perfect getaway place for you to enjoy a relaxing, peaceful, and rejuvenating stay. Pool/Spa signed waiver required before use. PLEASE NOTE ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. This listing is for one or two guests who are the ONLY persons invited to access and enjoy the suite, pool/spa and patio. You will have free parking in the driveway of the home. Just let us know your estimated arrival time so we can be sure the space is available. The suite has no central air conditioning. However, there is a window fan, a tower fan, and a small, personal cube-style fan for your use. We ask that you keep the entry gate closed except when entering and exiting. The guest suite is attached to our home with our entry hallway and kitchen sharing common walls with your space. For this reason, we ask that you join us in keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm-8 am. You may enjoy an outdoor cabana with privacy doors and everything you need to shower out-of-doors, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You can use this to shower off before entering the pool/spa and at your leisure. We do ask if you would be diligent about drying off before re-entering the guest suite so as not to track water through the room. There is a towel warmer in the bath for drying towels, bathing suits, etc. Switch on and it only takes about 5 minutes to warm up. It’s quite toasty, so please be careful when using it. Also, please remember to turn it off when you're done. Use the mat provided to place under the warmer for dripping towels/clothing. Please respect our rules for no additional guest(s). NO SMOKING/VAPING anywhere on the premises. We live in a high fire danger zone in a canyon. Beautiful but fragile. NO GLASS in the patio/pool/spa area. No pets.
