The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter. Laundry: Washer and dryer in the Unit Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
