The property also features private drive parking which can accommodate 2 cars with ample on street parking. Can accommodate up to 8 people. Late Check Out Charges: • Late check out can be extended by 1 hour if needed but you must let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaners. Failure to leave 2 hours after check out time will result in a £50 charge. Anything after 2 hours will result in a day rate charge. Check In Details:: • Times are from 4pm. Early check in can be arranged. If before 2pm, an additional charge may apply. Smoking Policy: • There is strictly NO SMOKING policy and if found to have been smoking there is a £150 charge.
