Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Check-in is simple and secure through the building's main lobby, which offers 24/7 reception and security. Guest Policy: A maximum of 8 guests is permitted in the apartment at any time. All guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Building security will verify the identification of every guest before granting access. Other things to note Occasional nearby construction noise may be present (as for Jan 2026), but the location, comfort, and service make this a guest favorite. Please reach out before booking if you think this might affect your stay. Warning : There is a steep hill leading into the building. Currently construction next door has affected the stairs. You can still walk down the hill, but be careful. Better to use a car service if you have problems with hills until the new stairs are complete. Please note that a decibel/noise monitor is installed in the apartment to help prevent excessive noise and ensure compliance with building policies. The device measures sound levels only and does not record audio or video. For security purposes, there is an exterior camera in the hallway, facing exterior access areas only.
