Other things to note POOL HEAT This home has a $200/day fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Depending on the weather, the pool closes at the end of September/early October. PETS Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES the Village of Bellport offers many wonderful amenities that are available exclusively to residents and their guests. To enjoy access to the Bellport Tennis Club, Bellport Golf Club, and the ferry to Ho-Hum Beach, guests must purchase a Village ID.
