Lakefront homes that sleep 22- 10 min to downtown

Two lakefront homes with room for everyone. One of the homes is a modern container home with floor to ceiling windows and two beautiful decks that were built in 2022. The second home is a cozy home remodeled in 2020 and situated at the top of a hill with expansive views of the lake. Enjoy the lake views during the day and cozy up on the huge sectional to watch movies at night. This space has plenty of room for all of you friends and family to be together with space to spread out too. The space These two homes have 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms along with 12 beds to easily host up to 22 people. There are also four living spaces and two kitchens along with a large open space to have everyone together. There are also two spaces with cozy couches as well as large TVs for everyone to take a break from the sun at the end of a long day at the lake. The homes also boasts four decks to enjoy the lovely views as well as grills on each to enjoy the weather after a long day on the lake. These two houses are situated right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton on Central Ave (Highway 7) making this a convenient location for everything you'd want to do in Hot Springs. We are 10 minutes from the casino and track, as well as, 15 minutes from downtown and the convention center. Guest access Guests have access the the entire property except for an owners' closet in each house. We manage access using smart locks and a unique access code will be provided the day of checkin. There are ten total parking spaces on the property, six at the top house and four down the hill at the container home. Other things to note A few things to note about the property: - Central Ave or Highway 7 is conveniently located near everything. However, it is a busy highway as it's the main way in and out of town. This means there is some road noise at the upper house although it's minimal inside. Please make sure small children stay between the houses or close to the beach and avoid the busy road. - One of the twelve beds is in a common area, as is listed on the profile, but want guests to be aware before booking that if that bed is needed it will be in a common area. It's a hanging bed with a gorgeous view and our friends fight over it when they stay here. - This is two separate houses on the same property. We want everyone to know what they are booking. We do have an arial view of the property in the pictures, as well as a site map, so please familiarize yourself with that in advance for booking. - Lastly, a tornado came through the area in the Spring of 2024. The landscape on either side of our property does look a little different from the pictures, a house on either side of us are gone except the large white house pictured near the shoreline and the container home.
