Rest assured, air conditioning units are installed in the summer to keep you cool during your stay. Feel free to pitch a tent on the expansive lawn and gaze at the starry sky, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature. We hold a deep affection for our home and its surroundings, and we're confident that you'll share our sentiment. Guest access Guests will enjoy full private access to the home and surrounding outdoor spaces, including the porch, backyard, and fire pit area. The home is spread across two levels, with all bedrooms and the full bathroom located upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. Other things to note • PARKING • There are two (2) designated parking spots on the side of the house. Since the house sits on a corner lot, you will need to turn down the side road next to the house to park and also to enter the house. • OUTDOOR • The home has an open deck area and a backyard with grill, firepit, and outdoor shower • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. • OTHER AMENITIES • The home comes with a dishwasher, hot water heater, high-speed internet access via Spectrum, a hairdryer, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps.
