Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including: ✔ All Living Spaces – Cozy and inviting areas to relax and unwind. ✔ 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms – Spacious and comfortable accommodations. ✔ Main Floor Office – A quiet space for work or study. ✔ Fenced-In Backyard – A private outdoor retreat. 🚪 Exceptions: The owner’s closet and detached garage will remain locked and off-limits during your stay. Other things to note Check-In Instructions 🏡🔑 You will receive an automated email from us at 2 PM on the day of check-in with your unique door code for entry. Please check your email for this information before arrival. Trash & Recycling 🗑️♻️ Trash and recycling are collected Monday mornings. For your convenience, we may stop by to move the curbside containers to the road, ensuring you remain undisturbed during your stay. Pets 🐾 Your home away from home is even better with your best fur-friend! Dogs (up to two) are welcome with an additional fee. To maintain a comfortable stay for all guests, all pets must be reported at the time of booking. No additional or unexpected pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for waste cleanup. Firepit 🔥 For safety, never leave an open fire unattended. Ensure all flames are fully extinguished before leaving the area or retiring for the night. Events & Gatherings 🚫 Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. EV Charging ⚡🚗 We do not allow EV charging on the property, as we are not currently equipped to safely provide this service. The nearest charging station is 0.7 miles away on W Main St. Unauthorized EV charging is subject to a $1,000 fee. ✔ Lawn Care – The grass is mowed weekly to keep the yard well-maintained. ✔ Snow Removal – Snow will be cleared when accumulation reaches 2 inches to ensure safe access to the property.
