The third bedroom is in the lower level in the front of the house and serves as a bedroom and game room / hangout. Other things to note The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower level (walk-out/basement) and serves a dual purpose as a secondary hangout and game room. Please note that it features a queen sofa bed and may offer less privacy than the upstairs bedrooms, making it perfect for kids or teens. While the home offers beautiful views of Muskegon Lake from the deck and living areas, there is no direct water access from the property. Public boat launches and the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan (Pere Marquette) are just a short drive away. We are happy to welcome your well-behaved pets! We ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds. Please note there is a $50 per night pet fee to cover additional cleaning, and we ask that you pick up after your pets in the yard.
