Welcome to our tiny slice of Heaven. Located on a private 5-acre lot just minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. There are countless trail systems, waterfalls, and rivers to explore around every corner in this area, not to mention epic scenery and all the twisty roads motor enthusiasts can handle. 10 minutes from Bryson City, 10 minutes to Cherokee, where the casino is, 15 minutes from Sylva, and only 20 minutes from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. The space The home is tiny but adorable. Perfect for two people, but can certainly accommodate up to four. Both beds are full, and they are super comfortable. Everything functions just like a typical house, only smaller. Everything you would need to have a pleasant stay is there. There is a natural spring on the property where we get our water. It is unfiltered at the tap, but we also have a Berkey Water Filter if you wish to filter it. It's the best water I've ever tasted. The road leading in gets steep. I highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle. Water breaks are crossing the road at the steepest part, making it difficult but not impossible for a two-wheel drive vehicle. As you begin your way up the hill from the main road, pretty much everything on your left is part of the property, all the way to the top, where we have a second clearing and an epic view. You're welcome to check it out. We have seen all kinds of wildlife on the property, so please be mindful of your food and trash. The animals will find it. While we haven't seen any bears, they do live in this area. Guest access You have access to the entire tiny home and 5-acre lot. You do not have access to the shed or the neighboring properties. Other things to note There is no cable TV, only WiFi.
